CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is important, and it is reserved exclusively for you! I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I respectfully request that you provide at least a 24 hour notice before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule with less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your booked service(s). There is no cancellation fee if you make changes to your appointment before the 24 hour window.
